SLD Digital Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the Clarivant mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: Email address, name, date of birth, and gender (provided during signup).

Analysis data: Conversation screenshots, chat logs, or descriptions you submit for analysis. Reports save by default so you can view your analysis history. Screenshots and other uploaded images are not saved by default and are stored only if you enable Save Images. Incognito Mode saves neither the report nor uploaded images.

Usage data: App interactions, feature usage, and anonymised analytics (collected via PostHog) to improve the service.

Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide AI-powered relationship analysis using your uploaded content
• To maintain your analysis history and connection profiles
• To process payments for credits and subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
• To improve the service through anonymised analytics

3. AI Processing

Your uploaded content is processed by third-party AI services (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to generate analysis reports. These services process your data according to their respective privacy policies. We do not use your data to train AI models. Analysis content is used solely to generate your requested report and build your personal analysis history.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your saved reports and account data are stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. If you enable Save Images, screenshots are stored in Supabase Storage with signed URL access (time-limited). We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, JWT authentication, and rate limiting.

5. Data Retention

Your analysis data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual analyses at any time (soft-delete preserves metadata skeleton for 90 days, then permanent deletion). Account deletion removes your personal data — see "Your Rights" below.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Export all your data (available in-app via Profile > Export Data)
• Delete: Delete your account and all associated data (Profile > Delete Account)
• Rectify: Update your profile information at any time
• Withdraw consent: Stop using the service and delete your account

8. Children's Privacy

Clarivant is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
