Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clarivant mobile application ("Service") operated by SLD Digital Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Clarivant provides AI-powered analysis of relationship conversations. You upload conversation screenshots or chat logs, and our AI generates analytical reports. The Service operates on a credits-based system with optional subscription tiers.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Credits and Payments

Credits are used to purchase analyses. Standard analysis costs 1 credit where credits are used; Premium (Deep Dive) costs 2 credits where credits are used. Free users receive 3 free standard analyses per day.
Free users can unlock 10 follow-up chat messages on an analysis with 1 credit.
Credit pack prices are shown in the app before checkout and are processed securely by Stripe.
Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
Ultra includes high-volume premium analysis access subject to fair-use limits designed to prevent abuse and protect service reliability. The current fair-use cap is 100 premium analyses per monthly billing period.
If an analysis fails due to a technical error on our part, the credits spent will be refunded automatically.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content involving minors
Upload content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
Attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI system through prompt injection
Use the Service for harassment, stalking, or surveillance of others without their knowledge
Share or redistribute analysis reports for commercial purposes
Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI Disclaimer

Clarivant is not a substitute for professional counselling, therapy, or legal advice. Our AI-generated analyses are informational tools designed to provide perspective on relationship dynamics. They should not be used as the sole basis for important relationship decisions. The AI analyses patterns in text and may not capture the full context of your relationship.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it through our AI pipeline solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with other users.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI analysis methodology, prompts, interface design, and branding, is the intellectual property of SLD Digital Solutions Ltd. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLD Digital Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Profile > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed. Anonymised analytical metadata may be retained for service improvement purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
